We have a sophisticated automated delivery system that ensures your order details are delivered directly to the takeaway every time. This is supported by our call centre which is open whenever the restaurants are, so you can email or call us if you have any questions at all. The phone number for the restaurant is clearly displayed on the confirmation page and in your confirmation email if should you wish to discuss your order direct with the takeaway

You can pay the driver at the door, or pay safely online with a credit or debit card with most of the takeaways that use our service. When the restaurant receives your order, they will know if you’ve already paid for your food online.

We allow orders to be taken for the same day even if a restaurant is closed. For example, it could be 10 o’clock in the morning and you could order a pizza to be delivered when you get home in the evening. You can also be rest assured that the menu displayed online is the most current and up-to-date that the restaurants have. The price that we confirm to you via email is exactly the price you pay, there are no hidden charges or delivery fees. All the prices displayed on the internet are the same as what you would pay if you ordered in-store or over the phone.
