How quickly is my order delivered to the restaurant?

When you order with us the full order and your delivery details are transmitted automatically to the restaurant and are usually with them within 5 seconds.

 

Do I need to register to use fillmybelly.com?

No, there is no requirement to register with fillmybelly.com to place an order. However, for the added benefits we offer, such as storing saved searches and faster ordering, you can register your details with us.

 

Do I pay any extra ordering from fillmybelly.com?

No, all the prices listed on our website are taken directly from the restaurant’s latest menu.  We don’t charge you anything for using the service or paying online.

 

How secure are my credit card details?

We never see your credit card details and neither does the retailer.  All card payments are processed securely by Nochex Ltd.  NOCHEX has provided a secure email payment system that is trusted on thousands of UK auction listings and websites. The service has successfully transferred millions of pounds of its customer's money and is Europe's premiere email money service. Can I order in advance?

Yes, one of our great features is that you can order in advance from us for the same day.  You could place an order at 10 o’clock in the morning for your favourite Chinese takeaway to be delivered later in the evening, even if the retailer you want to order from is not open yet.  Our customers have found this to be a great time saving feature allowing you to beat the rush, especially at the weekend!

 

Can I recommend a restaurant to be on fillmybelly.com?

Of course, simply email their details to recommends@fillmybelly.com or click here to download this form and give it to the delivery driver next time you order takeaway food from them.  If they join us and you are the first to recommend them, we’ll treat you to a FREE takeaway just to say thanks.

 

Can I order for collection?

No, this is currently a delivery-only service.

 

What happens if something goes wrong?

We have a support team in place that monitors every single order that goes through fillmybelly.com.  Our technology allows us to see when a message has been delivered to the retailer you have ordered from.  If for some reason we don’t receive a valid delivery report for the order, one of our team will call the restaurant to confirm it has been received and if necessary, place the order over the phone for you.

 

Can I pay credit or debit card?

Yes, most retailers have opted to have us process the payments on their behalf, even if they don’t normally accept credit or debit card payments. All retailers display their payment options on the first screen after you have entered your postcode.

 

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, all of our retailers accept cash on delivery. All retailers display their payment options on the first screen after you have entered your postcode.

 

Can I pay by Cheque?

Selected retailers accept personal cheques guaranteed with a current cheque guarantee card. All retailers display their payment options on the first screen after you have entered your postcode.

 

Can I order from multiple restaurants at once?

You cannot combine the orders into one basket however you may place 2 separate orders to be delivered at the same time.  This is made easier if you register your details with us.

 

What is the minimum order?

This varies across each retailer and ranges from £3 up to £16. Please see individual menus for the minimum order for that particular restaurant.  Delivery is always free on fillmybelly.com

 

Can I review a restaurant?

This feature is being added for all restaurants very soon. In the meantime, selected restaurants have an average rating and customer testimonials where applicable.  Included in every order confirmation email sent to you is a link to feedback about that meal. We always love to know what you think about your meal and ordering experience!

 

What happens to the feedback that I send you?

All feedback about the restaurants is summarised and passed back to the retailer you purchased from.  We do not pass on your personal details when sending this feedback back to them.  We ultimately use this feedback to decide if a retailer remains listed on fillmybelly.com

 

My food is late, who do I call?

Provided in your order confirmation email is the contact number for the retailer you have ordered from so any queries can be directed straight to them.

 

What if I need to cancel my order?

Due to the rapid delivery of your order details to the retailer, the chances are that your meal is being prepared so we do not offer a cancellation service on our site.  You may contact the retailer direct and politely ask but that is purely at their discretion.  If they authorise the cancellation and you have paid online, we will refund your payment for you.

 

What if I don’t like my food?

Complaints about the food and service should be made direct to the retailer as they are in a position to do something about it there and then.  After every order however, we ask you to provide feedback.  Please let us know about your experience, good or bad, as ultimately we use this feedback to decide weather a restaurant remains on our service.

 

What if I want a refund?

All refunds are at the discretion of the retailer.  Please contact the retailer and at their discretion, they can authorise a refund.  We will only process refunds once authorisation from the retailer has been received.  In the unlikely event that an order is not fulfilled however, we will of course refund your payment straight away.
