Your contract for the supply of goods is with the retailer for whom we act solely as agents and not ourselves. If placing multiple orders at the same time you will receive a separate confirmation for each retailer you order from.

The term "retailer" refers to the restaurant, takeaway, or delivery shop from which an order is placed using our website.

Acting solely as an agent, we put online customers in touch with independent retailers and therefore we are unable to accept responsibility for the quality of goods or services received through the retailers detailed on the site.

The quality of goods and service is the sole responsibility of the retailers listed on our site. Any complaints, requests, or issues relating to the quality of food or service provided should be directed to the retailers whose contact details will be provided both by email and on the final confirmation screen when placing an order.

Whilst retailers aim to deliver orders within the requested timeframe, unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed and serves a guide time only. Circumstances outside the retailers control may lead to delay or cancellation of an order. In the event of an anticipated delay, customers will be contacted directly by the retailer.

Users are prohibited from making false orders using our website. We use cookies to monitor I.P. addresses as stated in our privacy policy in order to blacklist any computers that we suspect of being used to place false orders. We reserve the right to seek compensation through legal action for any losses incurred as the result of hoax activity and will seek prosecution to the full extent of the law. Once an order has been made it cannot be cancelled. In the event of any changes that may need to be made to an order, please contact the retailer directly. Contact details for the retailer can be found on the confirmation screen or email.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address details provided are correct and sufficient for the delivery driver to locate the address in adequate time. You must always provide a valid contact number when ordering online. Please provide any additional delivery instructions as necessary in the relevant section on our checkout page. In the event that your address cannot be found, undelivered orders will be chargeable.

Users who post feedback on the site do so with the knowledge that their first name and first half of their postcode will be displayed to other visitors on the site alongside each post. Whilst users may use the feedback tool to post feedback about the retailers listed on the site, such is not to be used as an alternative of the complaints process previously described or for posting feedback about our site generally. Users are prohibited from posting feedback of an offensive, abusive or unlawful nature. We reserve the right to moderate and remove posts at any time and without notice.
