Asian cooking especially Kashmiri includes a huges variety of vegetables. Main courses are nearly always accompanied by vegetable side orders or a vegetable dish. These dishes are also available as Side Dishes

Balti is essentially a method of cooking a wide range of dishes using poultry meat vetegables and seafood quickly on the stive over a high heat in a karahi. Taking it's origins from northern Pakistan and Kashmir where the ingredients herbs & spices are freshly grown and readily available baltis can be made to give a variety of flavours

To suit your indiviual taste our Balti dishes can be prepared in a variety of styles taken from around Pakistan and Kashmir to show the diversity of the Balti dish. These dishes can be made Mild Medium or Vindaloo. To further customise your Balti you can have a choice of vegetables from the Side Dishes menu added to your Balti (50p per item)
